APPOINTMENT POLICY: NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS DURING APPOINTMENT! Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Our salon is located inside of Towson Commons on the bottom floor at Salon Plaza. There is a parking garage located on 1 W Pennsylvania Ave, Towson, MD 21204. Park on the 3rd level near the sliding glass doors of the building. LATE FEE CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are 10 minutes late there is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. The late cancelled appointment fee is 50% of your service total. We will attempt to contact you via telephone and text. If we are unable to confirm your appointment status to reschedule your time for that day, your appointment will be cancelled with the appropriate fees applied. Under this scenario, your deposit can be transferred to another service for a different date. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: No Call No Show Will NOT BE TOLERATED and we will charge a fee of 100% of the service total if you fail to properly reschedule or cancel your appointment. If we have spoken after your No Call No Show and you would like to book our services again, you will be required to PAY IN FULL for your service at the time of booking.
